PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The groundbreaking NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) ingeniously transforms the composting environment into a genuine "climate chamber." The external material pile is robustly shielded from weather and rain, while indoors, the optimal climate is created for microorganisms to swiftly convert waste into premium compost. The process is intensified and accelerated to mere weeks with computer-controlled, optimized oxygen supply delivered through fans and ventilation pipes or channels.
NCS molecular membrane
Our system employs a highly functional cover, precisely draped over the compost heap. This includes a state-of-the-art three-ply membrane featuring two top-tier fabrics resilient against UV radiation and a semipermeable membrane that is both watertight and breathable.
The innovative membrane offers unparalleled protection to the decomposition body, guarding against weather impacts and rainwater. Internally, it effectively blocks odors, dust, germs, and bacteria while allowing the essential exchange of air and moisture.

Control of the composting system
The decomposition processes within the windrow are meticulously regulated by a state-of-the-art controlled ventilation system. High-quality measuring probes, crafted from robust and biochemically resistant stainless steel, continuously record vital temperature and oxygen data inside the windrow.
Durable, high-quality cables connect to the computer-controlled networking unit, where cutting-edge software analyzes the data to determine precise oxygen requirements via the aeration system. All data is securely stored, independent of PC connectivity.
Aeration systems
The micro pressure air supply system comprises an efficient supply fan, a dedicated supply duct, and a sophisticated computer control terminal. This system lays micro positive pressure air supply pipes to ensure 24-hour intermittent micro aeration.
