PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The innovative NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) constructs an exceptional "climate chamber" for composting that is more cost-effective, user-friendly, and adaptable than traditional closed designs. Externally, it safeguards the material pile from adverse weather and rain. Internally, it creates the ideal climate, enabling microorganisms to transform waste into premium compost swiftly. The computer-controlled and optimized oxygen supply via fans and ventilation channels expedites the intensive composting process to a matter of weeks.
NCS molecular membrane
Employing a highly efficient cover, this system envelops the compost heap with a robust three-ply membrane, featuring two UV-resistant high-grade fabrics and a waterproof yet breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane ensures the decomposition body is shielded from weather impacts and rainwater, while internally, it retains odours, dust, germs, and bacteria, but permits air and moisture permeability.
Thanks to the unique properties of the NCS molecular membrane for effective odor and emission control, a biofilter system becomes unnecessary.
Under the membrane, an optimal climate helps microorganisms rapidly convert organic wastes into superior compost.
Control of the composting system
The decomposition processes within the windrow achieve optimal regulation through a controlled ventilation system. Temperature and oxygen data are meticulously recorded by the system's high-quality measuring probes, crafted from robust, biochemically resistant stainless steel.
