PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) acts as a true 'climate chamber' for composting. It is more cost-effective, simpler, and flexible than traditional closed designs. Externally, the material pile is shielded from weather and rain. Internally, it creates the perfect climate for microorganisms, enabling them to convert waste into superior compost in record time. With computer-controlled, optimized oxygen supply through fans and ventilation systems, the intensive composting process is accelerated to just a few weeks.
NCS molecular membrane
This innovative system employs a highly functional cover over the compost heap, featuring a three-ply membrane made of two premium fabrics, resistant to UV radiation, and a water-tight yet breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane provides robust protection against external weather impacts and rainwater, while internally retaining odors, dust, germs, and bacteria. It remains permeable to air and moisture, ensuring optimal internal conditions.
Thanks to the unique properties of the NCS molecular membrane, effective odor and emission control is achieved without the need for a biofilter system.

Control of the composting system
The decomposition process within the windrow is expertly regulated by a controlled ventilation system. Advanced measuring probes within the windrow record temperature and oxygen data, which are made from stainless steel, ensuring durability and biochemical resistance.
High-quality cables connect to a computer-controlled network unit, where modern software analyzes the data to determine and manage the appropriate oxygen levels through the aeration system. The collected data is stored seamlessly, eliminating the need for PC connectivity.
Aeration systems
