Product Structure
The NCS Molecular Membrane (Membrane Cover) is engineered to create a genuine 'climate chamber' for composting. This innovative design is more cost-effective, streamlined, and versatile than conventional closed systems. Externally, it provides robust protection from weather and rain, while internally fostering the ideal microenvironment for microorganisms to convert waste into premium compost in record time. The system's computer-controlled and optimized oxygen delivery, facilitated by fans and ventilation channels, accelerates the composting process to mere weeks.
NCS Molecular Membrane
Employing this system involves deploying a highly efficient cover over the compost heap. This cover features a three-layer membrane comprising two superior fabrics resistant to UV radiation, along with a waterproof and breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane provides robust protection against external weather conditions and rainwater infiltration. Internally, it effectively contains odors, dust, germs, and bacteria while allowing air and moisture to permeate.
The specialized properties of the NCS molecular membrane ensure effective odor and emission control, eliminating the need for a biofilter system.

Composting System Control
The decomposition within the windrow is expertly regulated by a sophisticated ventilation system. High-quality measuring probes, crafted from stainless steel, are employed to record vital temperature and oxygen data within the windrow, ensuring robustness and biochemical resistance.
High-quality cables connect to a computer-controlled networking unit. Here, modern software analyzes the data to determine and regulate the necessary oxygen levels for the aeration system. The data is securely stored without the need for a PC connection.
Aeration Systems
The micro pressure air supply system includes a supply fan, supply duct, and computer control end, facilitating 24-hour intermittent micro aeration.
