PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) ingeniously creates a 'climate chamber' for composting—offering a cost-effective, simplified, and versatile alternative to traditional closed designs. Externally, it shields the material pile from weather and rain. Internally, it fosters the perfect climate for microorganisms to rapidly convert waste into premium compost. The system’s computer-controlled and optimized oxygen supply, via fans and ventilation channels, accelerates the composting process to just a few weeks.
NCS molecular membrane
This system employs a high-functioning cover over the compost heap, featuring a three-ply membrane made of two UV-resistant high-grade fabrics and a water-tight, breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane effectively safeguards the decomposition body against weather elements and rainwater. It retains odours, dust, germs, and bacteria while allowing air and moisture permeability.
Thanks to the unique properties of the NCS molecular membrane, which effectively controls odours and emissions, a biofilter system is rendered unnecessary.
Under the membrane, a conducive climate is generated, ideal for microorganisms to swiftly decompose organic wastes into high-quality compost.
Control of the composting system
The system precisely regulates decomposition processes in the windrow through a controlled ventilation system. High-quality stainless steel measuring probes, robust and biochemically resistant, record temperature and oxygen data within the windrow.
High-quality cables link to the computer-controlled networking unit, where modern software assesses the data to determine and manage the oxygen input through the aeration system. The data is stored independently, without PC connection.
Aeration systems
The micro pressure air supply system consists of a supply fan, supply duct, and a computer control end. It offers 24-hour intermittent micro aeration, ensuring a slightly positive pressure state within the heap for uniform oxygen distribution and effective air contact with fermentation materials, preventing anaerobic zones and ensuring excellent uniform fermentation.
