The NCS Molecular Membrane (Membrane Cover) ingeniously creates a 'climate chamber' for composting, offering a cost-effective, simple, and flexible alternative to closed designs. Externally, the material pile is safeguarded against weather and rain, while internally, it cultivates the perfect climate for rapid waste-to-compost conversion. The computer-controlled oxygen supply, managed through fans and ventilation channels, accelerates the composting process, achieving completion in mere weeks.

NCS Molecular Membrane

Utilizing this innovative system, a high-functioning three-ply membrane is deployed over the compost heap. It's composed of two durable fabrics resistant to UV radiation, accompanied by a water-tight, breathable semipermeable membrane.

The membrane offers robust protection for the decomposition body against weather impacts and rain, while internally containing odours, dust, germs, and bacteria, yet remains permeable to air and moisture.

Owing to the unique properties of the NCS molecular membrane for effective odour and emission control, the necessity for a biofilter system is eliminated.

Control of the Composting System
