PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) ingeniously creates a "climate chamber" for composting. This innovative design is more cost-effective, simpler, and flexible compared to traditional closed systems. Externally, the material pile is shielded from adverse weather conditions, while internally crafting the ideal climate needed by microorganisms to transform waste into premium compost in record time. The computer-controlled oxygen supply through fans and ventilation channels accelerates the composting process to mere weeks.
NCS molecular membrane
Employing this system draws a superior three-ply cover over the compost heap, comprising two high-quality, UV-resistant fabrics and a water-tight, breathable semi-permeable membrane.
The membrane ensures safety against weather impacts and rainwater, while internally, it contains odours, dust, germs, and bacteria, yet remains permeable for air and moisture.
Thanks to the unique properties of the NCS molecular membrane, odour and emission control is so effective that a biofilter system is unnecessary.
Under this advanced membrane, an optimal climate is created for microorganisms to swiftly decompose organic waste into superior compost.
Control of the composting system
The decomposition processes within the windrow are expertly regulated by a controlled ventilation system. High-quality stainless steel measuring probes, which are robust and biochemically resistant, meticulously record the temperature and oxygen levels within the windrow.
Sophisticated cables connect to the computer-controlled networking unit. Advanced software utilizes the data to make decisions and control oxygen levels through the aeration system. All data is securely stored without needing PC connection.
Aeration systems
The micro-pressure air supply system features a supply fan, duct, and computer control end. Micro positive pressure air supply pipes ensure 24/7 intermittent aeration, maintaining a slightly positive pressure inside the heap. This setup guarantees uniform oxygen distribution and prevents anaerobic zones, resulting in a consistently effective fermentation process.
