Product Structure
The NCS molecular membrane creates an unparalleled 'climate chamber' for composting, offering a more cost-effective, simpler, and flexible solution than traditional closed designs. Externally, the membrane ensures protection from weather and rain, while internally, it fosters the ideal climate for microorganisms to convert waste into premium-quality compost efficiently. The system's computer-controlled and optimized oxygen supply, utilizing fans and ventilation channels, accelerates the intensive composting process to a few weeks.
NCS Molecular Membrane
This system employs a highly functional cover over the compost pile, comprising a three-ply membrane with two premium fabrics resistant to UV radiation and a water-tight, breathable semipermeable layer.
The membrane effectively shields the compost body from weather impacts and moisture, while internally containing odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, allowing air and moisture permeation.
Thanks to the NCS molecular membrane's special properties for effective odor and emission control, a biofilter system is unnecessary.
Under the membrane, a conducive climate is maintained, essential for microorganisms to swiftly convert organic waste into superior compost.
Composting System Control
The decomposition processes within the windrow are meticulously regulated by a controlled ventilation system. Inside the windrow, the system's high-quality, robust stainless steel and biochemically resistant probes record vital temperature and oxygen data.
High-quality cables connect to the computer-controlled networking unit, where cutting-edge software uses data to calibrate oxygen addition via the aeration system. The data is securely stored without needing a PC connection.
Aeration Systems
Our micro-pressure air supply system includes a supply fan, duct, and computer control end, facilitating 24-hour intermittent micro aeration. The heap's interior maintains a slightly positive pressure, ensuring uniform oxygen distribution, optimal air and fermentation material contact, and preventing anaerobic zones.
