PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS Molecular Membrane, or membrane cover, acts as an innovative 'climate chamber' for composting. This system is more cost-effective, simpler, and flexible compared to traditional closed designs. It safeguards the material pile from adverse weather and rain while creating an optimal climate for microorganisms to swiftly convert waste into superior compost. The system features computer-controlled and optimized oxygen supply via fans and ventilation channels, accelerating the composting process to a mere few weeks.
NCS Molecular Membrane
This advanced system envelops the compost heap with a highly functional cover comprising a three-ply membrane. It includes two UV-resistant, high-quality fabrics and a water-tight, breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane offers robust protection against weather and rain while retaining odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, yet allows air and moisture to permeate.
Thanks to the exceptional properties of the NCS molecular membrane, effective odor and emissions control negates the need for a biofilter system.
Under the membrane, a conducive climate is created for microorganisms to decompose organic wastes into high-quality compost rapidly.
Composting System Control
The composting processes in the windrow are expertly managed by a controlled ventilation system. High-quality measuring probes, constructed from stainless steel and biochemically resistant, record temperature and oxygen data within the windrow.
High-end cables connect to a computer-controlled networking unit, where modern software interprets the data to determine and regulate the necessary oxygen levels via the aeration system. Data is stored automatically without PC connection.
Aeration Systems
The micro pressure air supply system, composed of a supply fan, duct, and computer control, employs intermittent micro aeration 24/7. This maintains a slightly positive pressure inside the heap, ensuring even oxygen distribution and optimal fermentation without anaerobic zones.
