Product Structure
The innovative NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) forms a highly efficient 'climate chamber' for composting, offering a more cost-effective, straightforward, and adaptable alternative to traditional closed designs. Externally, it shields the material pile from adverse weather and rain, while internally, it fosters the ideal climate for microorganisms to convert waste into superior compost swiftly. NCS Molecular Membrane
This state-of-the-art system employs a robust cover over the compost heap, comprised of a three-ply membrane. It features two high-quality fabrics that resist UV radiation and a semipermeable membrane that is both watertight and breathable, guaranteeing optimal functionality.
The membrane provides comprehensive protection for the decomposition body against weather conditions and rainwater. It also traps odors, dust, germs, and bacteria inside, while allowing air and moisture to permeate.

Control of the Composting System
The meticulous regulation of decomposition processes within the windrow is achieved through a sophisticated controlled ventilation system. High-quality stainless steel measuring probes, known for their robustness and biochemical resistance, record essential temperature and oxygen data within the windrow.
Superior cables connect to the computer-controlled networking unit, where advanced software interprets the data to regulate oxygen via the aeration system. This data is stored independently, removing the necessity for a PC connection.
Aeration Systems
The micro pressure air supply system consists of a supply fan, supply duct, and computer control unit. Implementing micro positive pressure air supply pipes allows for 24-hour intermittent micro aeration, maintaining a slightly positive pressure within the heap. This ensures even oxygen distribution and ample air-fermentation material contact, preventing anaerobic zone formation and ensuring excellent fermentation outcomes.
