PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The innovative NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) establishes a genuine 'climate chamber' for composting, offering a cost-effective, straightforward, and flexible alternative to closed designs. From the exterior, it shields the material pile from weather and rain. Internally, it fosters the ideal climate necessary for microorganisms to swiftly transform waste into premium compost. The process is further accelerated by computer-controlled and optimized oxygen supply via fans and ventilation channels, completing intensive composting in just weeks.
NCS Molecular Membrane
This system elegantly drapes a highly functional cover over the compost heap, featuring a three-ply membrane comprising two high-grade fabrics resistant to UV radiation and a water-tight yet breathable semi-permeable membrane.
The membrane effectively shields the decomposition body from weather impacts and rainwater, while internally containing odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, yet allowing air and moisture to permeate.
Thanks to the unique properties of the NCS molecular membrane, which effectively controls odors and emissions, there’s no need for a biofilter system.

Control of the Composting System

Aeration Systems
