PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) ingeniously creates a 'climate chamber' for composting, offering a cost-effective, simple, and flexible alternative to traditional closed designs. Externally, it safeguards the material pile from adverse weather and rain. Internally, it fosters an ideal climate for microorganisms, enabling the swift transformation of waste into premium compost. The computer-controlled and optimized oxygen supply, facilitated by fans and ventilation channels, accelerates the composting process to just a few weeks.
NCS molecular membrane
This system ingeniously deploys a highly functional cover over the compost heap, featuring a durable three-ply membrane. Composed of two high-class UV-resistant fabrics and a water-tight yet breathable semipermeable membrane, it ensures longevity and effectiveness.
The membrane provides a reliable protective barrier against weather impacts and rainwater, while simultaneously containing odors, dust, germs, and bacteria. It remains permeable for air and moisture, optimizing the composting process.
With the special properties of the NCS molecular membrane, effective control of odors and emissions is achieved, eliminating the need for a biofilter system.
A specialized climate is generated under the membrane, crucial for microorganisms to rapidly decompose organic waste into top-quality compost.
Control of the composting system
The decomposition processes in the windrow are meticulously regulated by a controlled ventilation system. High-quality measuring probes, made of robust stainless steel and biochemically resistant, record vital temperature and oxygen data within the windrow.
High-quality cables establish the connection to the computer-controlled networking unit. Utilizing advanced software, the system expertly analyzes data to determine the precise oxygen addition required via the aeration system. Furthermore, data is securely stored without needing a PC connection.
Aeration systems
The micro-pressure air supply system is an advanced network comprising a supply fan, a supply duct, and a computer control end. Micro positive pressure air supply pipes enable 24-hour intermittent micro aeration, maintaining a slightly positive pressure inside the heap. This ensures uniform oxygen distribution, optimal air contact with fermentation materials, and prevents anaerobic zones, resulting in a superior, consistent fermentation effect.
