PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) transforms the composting environment into a genuine 'climate chamber', offering cost-effectiveness, simplicity, and flexibility beyond traditional closed designs. Externally, it shields the compost pile from weather and rain, while internally creating an optimal climate for microorganisms. The process is accelerated through computer-controlled, optimized oxygen supply via fans and ventilation channels, reducing composting time to mere weeks.
NCS molecular membrane
This system employs a highly functional cover for the compost heap, featuring a three-ply membrane made of UV-resistant high-class fabrics and a water-tight breathable semipermeable layer.
The membrane ensures the decomposition body is protected from weather while containing odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, yet remaining permeable to air and moisture.
With the NCS molecular membrane's unique properties for odor and emission control, the need for a biofilter system is eliminated.

Control of the composting system
The composting process is meticulously regulated with a controlled ventilation system. The system's high-quality measuring probes, constructed from durable stainless steel, capture vital temperature and oxygen data in the windrow, ensuring optimal conditions.
High-quality cables connect to a computer-controlled networking unit where modern software analyzes the data to determine necessary oxygen levels in the aeration system. All data is securely stored without requiring PC connectivity.
Aeration systems
