PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) forms a genuine "climate chamber" for composting, offering a more cost-effective, simple, and flexible alternative to closed designs. Externally, it shields the material pile from weather and rain, while internally, it fosters the ideal climate for microorganisms to rapidly transform waste into premium compost. The computer-controlled and optimized oxygen supply through fans and ventilation pipes or channels significantly accelerates the composting process, compressing it into just a few weeks.
NCS molecular membrane
Our system employs a highly functional cover over the compost heap, incorporating a resilient three-ply membrane. This membrane includes two high-quality fabrics that resist UV radiation, complemented by a water-tight, breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane offers robust protection for the decomposition body against adverse weather and rainwater penetration. Internally, it effectively retains odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, while remaining permeable to air and moisture.
Thanks to the unique properties of the NCS molecular membrane, effective control of odors and emissions is achieved, eliminating the need for a biofilter system.
Under the membrane, a climate conducive to the rapid decomposition of organic wastes into top-tier compost is generated, providing the ideal environment for microorganisms.
Control of the composting system
The decomposition processes within the windrow are meticulously regulated by a controlled ventilation system. High-quality measuring probes, made from durable stainless steel and biochemically resistant, record critical temperature and oxygen data inside the windrow.
High-quality cables ensure seamless connectivity to the computer-controlled networking unit. This modern software analyzes the data to determine and adjust the necessary oxygen levels via the aeration system, storing the data independently of a PC connection.
Aeration systems
The micro pressure air supply system includes a supply fan, supply duct, and a computer control interface. This setup facilitates 24-hour intermittent micro aeration, maintaining a slightly positive pressure within the heap. This ensures uniform oxygen distribution, optimal air and fermentation material contact, and prevents anaerobic zone formation, resulting in a uniform and efficient fermentation process.
