The NCS Molecular Membrane creates an innovative 'climate chamber' for composting, offering an economical, straightforward, and adaptable alternative to traditional closed designs. It safeguards the material pile externally against adverse weather conditions and rain while internally creating an optimal climate for microorganisms to swiftly convert waste into premium-quality compost. The computer-optimized oxygen supply, managed via fans and ventilation channels, expedites the intensive composting process to mere weeks.
NCS Molecular Membrane
This advanced system employs a highly functional cover over the compost heap, featuring a three-layer membrane built from superior fabrics that resist UV radiation, combined with a waterproof yet breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane effectively shields the decomposition body from weather impacts and rain intrusion while internally containing odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, yet allowing air and moisture permeability.
Thanks to the special properties of the NCS Molecular Membrane in controlling odors and emissions, a biofilter system is rendered unnecessary.
