PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The innovative NCS molecular membrane forms an efficient 'climate chamber' for composting that is more economical, straightforward, and versatile than traditional closed designs. Externally, it shields the compost pile from adverse weather and rain, while internally, it cultivates an ideal environment for microorganisms to rapidly transform waste into premium compost. The system’s fan-driven, computer-optimized oxygen supply propels the intensive composting process, reducing it to mere weeks.
NCS molecular membrane
Our system encompasses a superior cover for the compost heap, featuring a tri-layered membrane with two high-quality, UV-resistant fabrics and a semipermeable membrane that is watertight yet breathable.
The membrane offers robust protection against weather elements and rain while containing odours, dust, germs, and bacteria internally, yet allows air and moisture to permeate.
Thanks to the special membrane properties of the NCS molecular membrane, effective odour and emission control is achieved without the need for a biofilter system.
Under the membrane, an optimal climate is generated for microorganisms, enabling rapid decomposition of organic waste into high-quality compost.
Control of the composting system
The system meticulously regulates decomposition processes within the windrow using a controlled ventilation system. High-quality measuring probes, crafted from durable stainless steel, capture vital temperature and oxygen data within the windrow, ensuring precision and biochemical resistance.
High-grade cables connect to the computer-controlled network unit, where modern software analyzes data to fine-tune oxygen addition through the aeration system, with seamless data storage independent of a PC connection.
Aeration systems
