Product Structure
The NCS Molecular Membrane (Membrane Cover) creates a highly efficient 'climate chamber' for composting, offering a cost-effective, simpler, and more adaptable alternative to traditional closed systems. Externally, it shields the material pile from weather impacts and rain, while internally, it fosters an ideal climate, empowering microorganisms to convert waste into premium compost swiftly. With computer-controlled, optimized oxygen supply via fans and ventilation channels, the intensive composting process is expedited to just a few weeks.
NCS Molecular Membrane
This advanced system deploys a high-performance cover over the compost heap, utilizing a three-ply membrane composed of two premium fabrics resistant to UV radiation and a water-tight, breathable semi-permeable layer.
The membrane ensures safe protection for the decomposition body against adverse weather and rainwater. Internally, it retains odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, while permitting air and moisture flow.
With NCS Molecular Membrane's unique properties for controlling odors and emissions, a biofilter system is rendered unnecessary.
Under the membrane, an optimal climate is cultivated, essential for microorganisms to swiftly decompose organic waste into high-quality compost.
Composting System Control
The windrow's decomposition processes are expertly managed by a controlled ventilation system. High-quality stainless steel probes, both robust and biochemically resistant, record vital temperature and oxygen data within the windrow.
High-quality cables link to the computer-controlled networking unit, where cutting-edge software analyzes the data, directing the exact amount of oxygen to be supplied via the aeration system. This data is stored independently, eliminating the need for PC connectivity.
Aeration Systems
The micro pressure air supply system is comprised of a supply fan, supply duct, and computer control end. Micro positive pressure air supply pipes enable 24-hour intermittent aeration, maintaining a slightly positive pressure inside the heap. This ensures uniform oxygen distribution, optimal air and fermentation material contact, and prevents anaerobic zones. The result is a consistently excellent fermentation effect.
