PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) forms a dynamic 'climate chamber' for composting, offering a more economical, straightforward, and adaptable solution compared to enclosed designs. Externally, the material pile is shielded from weather and rain. Internally, it fosters an ideal climate for microorganisms to swiftly transform waste into premium compost. The computer-controlled and optimized oxygen supply, facilitated by fans and ventilation systems, expedites the intensive composting process to mere weeks.
NCS molecular membrane
This system features a meticulously engineered cover over the compost heap, incorporating a three-ply membrane with two high-class fabrics that resist UV radiation and a water-resistant yet breathable semipermeable membrane.
Our membrane ensures the decomposition body remains impervious to adverse weather conditions and rainwater. Internally, it effectively contains odours, dust, germs, and bacteria while allowing air and moisture to permeate.
Thanks to the remarkable membrane properties of the NCS molecular membrane, effective odor and emission control is achieved without the need for a biofilter system.
A conducive climate is generated under the membrane, perfectly suited for microorganisms to rapidly decompose organic wastes into high-grade compost.
Control of the composting system
The decomposition processes within the windrow are meticulously regulated by a controlled ventilation system. High-quality measuring probes, constructed from stainless steel and designed to be extremely robust and biochemically resistant, record the crucial temperature and oxygen data inside the windrow.
High-quality cables facilitate the connection to a computer-controlled networking unit. Cutting-edge software processes the data to determine and regulate the precise oxygen levels required via the aeration system, storing the data independently of a PC.
Aeration systems
The micro pressure air supply system is composed of a supply fan, supply duct, and computerized control unit. Micro positive pressure air supply pipes are installed for 24-hour intermittent micro aeration. This maintains a slightly positive pressure state inside the heap, ensuring uniform oxygen distribution and optimal contact between air and fermentation materials, preventing anaerobic zones and promoting a successful, uniform fermentation process.
