PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) serves as a dynamic "climate chamber" for composting, offering a cost-effective, simpler, and more adaptable alternative to traditional closed designs. Externally, it provides robust protection against weather and rain. Internally, it creates an ideal environment for microorganisms, facilitating the transformation of waste into premium compost swiftly. A computer-optimized oxygen supply, delivered through fans and ventilation ducts, accelerates the intensive composting process to just a few weeks.
NCS molecular membrane
This system envelops the compost heap with a highly functional cover comprising a three-ply membrane. Two layers of premium fabrics, resistant to UV radiation, sandwich a waterproof, breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane efficiently shields the decomposition body from harsh weather and moisture intrusion. Internally, it retains odors, dust, germs, and bacteria while allowing air and moisture permeability.
Thanks to the unique properties of the NCS molecular membrane, effective odor and emissions control occurs naturally, eliminating the need for a biofilter system.
A precisely controlled climate beneath the membrane nurtures microorganisms, enabling them to decompose organic waste into superior compost with remarkable speed.
Control of the composting system
The decomposition processes within the windrow are expertly regulated by a sophisticated ventilation system. High-grade measuring probes, crafted from stainless steel, record critical temperature and oxygen data inside the windrow, ensuring robustness and biochemical resistance.
Top-tier cables link to a computer-controlled network unit, where cutting-edge software processes the data to determine and regulate the necessary oxygen levels via the aeration system. This data is securely stored, negating the need for PC connectivity.
Aeration systems
The micro pressure air supply system comprises a supply fan, duct, and computer-controlled endpoint. Through micro positive pressure air supply pipes, it ensures 24-hour intermittent aeration. The heap's internal environment remains in a slightly positive pressure state, ensuring uniform oxygen distribution, optimal air and fermentation material interaction, and preventing anaerobic zone development. The result is a consistently high-quality fermentation effect.
