PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS molecular membrane serves as a 'climate chamber' for composting, offering a more cost-effective, simpler, and flexible alternative to closed designs. Externally, it shields the material pile from weather and rain, while internally, it creates an ideal environment for microorganisms to produce premium compost rapidly. The oxygen supply is computer-controlled and optimized, utilizing fans and ventilation systems to expedite the intensive composting process to mere weeks.
NCS molecular membrane
This system employs a highly functional cover for the compost heap, featuring a three-ply membrane. This includes two UV-resistant, high-quality fabrics and a water-tight, breathable, semipermeable membrane.
The membrane offers robust protection for the decomposition body against weather and rain, while internally containing odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, yet allowing air and moisture to permeate.
Thanks to the NCS molecular membrane's special properties, it effectively controls odors and emissions, rendering a biofilter system unnecessary.
The membrane generates a climate conducive for microorganisms to rapidly decompose organic waste into premium compost.
Control of the composting system
The windrow decomposition processes are meticulously regulated by a controlled ventilation system. High-quality measuring probes, crafted from stainless steel and biochemically resistant, capture temperature and oxygen data, ensuring optimal conditions.
High-quality cables connect to the computer-controlled networking unit, where advanced software analyzes data to determine the precise amount of oxygen needed. The system autonomously stores this data, eliminating PC connectivity requirements.
Aeration systems
The micro pressure air supply system includes a supply fan, duct, and computer control unit. Micro positive pressure air supply pipes ensure 24-hour intermittent aeration, maintaining a slightly positive pressure for uniform oxygen distribution and robust fermentation, preventing anaerobic zones.
