NCS Molecular Membrane
This system employs a highly functional cover over the compost heap featuring a three-ply membrane—two high-quality, UV-resistant fabrics, and a water-tight yet breathable semipermeable layer.
The membrane offers robust protection to the decomposition body from adverse weather and rainwater. Internally, it retains odors, dust, germs, and bacteria while allowing air and moisture to pass through.
The unique properties of the NCS Molecular Membrane provide effective control of odors and emissions, eliminating the need for a biofilter system.

Composting System Control
The decomposition process in the windrow is expertly managed by a controlled ventilation system. The system's high-quality stainless steel probes, known for their robustness and biochemical resistance, capture critical temperature and oxygen data within the windrow.
High-quality cables connect to the computer-controlled network unit, where modern software processes the data to determine and regulate the required oxygen levels via the aeration system. This data is stored independently, negating the necessity for PC connection.
Aeration Systems
