Product Structure
The NCS Molecular Membrane (Membrane Cover) acts as a 'climate chamber' for superior composting, offering a cost-effective, straightforward, and adaptable solution compared to traditional closed designs. NCS Molecular Membrane
Employing this system ensures an advanced cover over the compost heap, featuring a three-ply membrane with two UV-resistant high-quality fabrics and a waterproof, breathable semipermeable layer.
The membrane effectively shields the decomposition body from environmental effects and rain, simultaneously containing odours, dust, germs, and bacteria while allowing airflow and moisture penetration.
The distinctive properties of the NCS molecular membrane enable efficient odour and emission control, eliminating the need for a biofilter system.

Composting System Control
The decomposition process within the windrow is expertly regulated by an advanced ventilation system. The system's robust stainless steel measuring probes, which are biochemically resistant, capture essential temperature and oxygen data from within the windrow.
High-quality cables connect to the computer-controlled networking unit, where modern software analyzes the data to optimize oxygen levels through the aeration system. This data is securely stored without requiring a PC connection.
Aeration Systems
The micro pressure air supply system is comprised of a supply fan, ductwork, and a computer control terminal.
