PRODUCT STRUCTURE

The outer layer reliably shields the material pile from adverse weather and rain, while inside, it establishes the ideal environment for microorganisms to transform waste into premium compost swiftly. The computer-optimized oxygen delivery via fans and ventilation channels expedites the intensive composting process down to a matter of weeks.
NCS molecular membrane
This technologically advanced system employs a high-functioning cover over the compost heap, comprised of a three-ply membrane with two high-grade, UV-resistant fabrics and a water-tight, breathable semipermeable layer.
The membrane effectively safeguards the decomposition body from weather-related damage and rainwater infiltration. Internally, it restricts odours, dust, germs, and bacteria while allowing necessary air and moisture exchange.
Thanks to the NCS molecular membrane's specialized properties for controlling odours and emissions, an additional biofilter system is rendered unnecessary.
Under the membrane, a conducive climate is fostered, essential for microorganisms to rapidly convert organic waste into top-tier compost.
Control of the composting system
