Externally, it safeguards the material pile from weather and rain, while internally, it fosters the optimal climate for microorganisms to transform waste into premium compost swiftly. With computer-controlled and optimized oxygen supply via fans and ventilation pipes or channels, the intensive composting process is accelerated to just a few weeks.
NCS Molecular MembraneThis system employs a highly functional cover over the compost heap, featuring a tri-layer membrane. This comprises two high-quality, UV-resistant fabrics and a water-tight, breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane offers robust protection from external weather and rain, while internally it retains odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, yet remains permeable to air and moisture.
