PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) ingeniously creates a genuine 'climate chamber' for composting, offering a more cost-effective, simpler, and flexible solution than traditional closed designs. Externally, it safeguards the material pile from weather and rain. Inside, it crafts an optimal climate for microorganisms, accelerating waste conversion to high-quality compost in record time. The intelligent computer-controlled oxygen supply, via fans and ventilation channels, expedites the composting process to mere weeks.
NCS molecular membrane
This system elegantly envelops the compost heap with a highly functional cover—an advanced three-ply membrane consisting of two premier fabrics resistant to UV radiation, along with a waterproof yet breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane expertly shields the decomposition body from weather impacts and rainwater. Inside, it retains odours, dust, germs, and bacteria, while allowing air and moisture to permeate.
Thanks to the NCS molecular membrane's exceptional properties in controlling odours and emissions, the need for a biofilter system is effectively eliminated.

Control of the composting system
The decomposition processes within the windrow are expertly managed by a precision-controlled ventilation system. High-quality measuring probes record critical temperature and oxygen data within the windrow. Constructed from stainless steel, these probes are exceptionally robust and biochemically resistant.
Top-tier cables connect to the computer-controlled networking unit, where cutting-edge software uses the data to regulate oxygen input via the aeration system. The data is stored autonomously, no PC connection required.
Aeration systems
The micro-pressure air supply system features a supply fan, a supply duct, and a computer control unit. Micro positive pressure air supply pipes operate intermittently for 24 hours, maintaining a slightly positive pressure inside the heap.
