Product Structure
The NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) transforms composting into an efficient 'climate chamber,' offering a cost-effective, simple, and flexible alternative to a fully enclosed design. Externally, it shields the material pile from weather and rain. Internally, it creates the optimal environment necessary for microorganisms to swiftly convert waste into premium compost. The computer-controlled and optimized oxygen supply through fans and ventilation channels accelerates the intensive composting process, completing it in mere weeks.
NCS Molecular Membrane
The system employs a sophisticated cover for the compost heap, incorporating a three-layer membrane made from two high-quality fabrics that resist UV radiation, coupled with a water-tight yet breathable semipermeable membrane.
This membrane offers robust protection against weather and rain while containing odors, dust, germs, and bacteria inside, remaining permeable to air and moisture.
Thanks to the unique properties of the NCS molecular membrane, effective odor and emission control is achieved without the need for a biofilter system.

Composting System Control

Aeration Systems
