PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS Molecular Membrane (Membrane Cover) creates an innovative 'climate chamber' for composting that is cost-effective, straightforward, and versatile compared to closed systems. Externally, it shields the material pile from weather and rain, while internally, it establishes the optimum environment for microorganisms. The computer-controlled and optimized oxygen supply via fans and ventilation channels significantly hastens the composting process, reducing it to just weeks.
NCS Molecular Membrane
This system employs a highly functional cover over the compost heap, consisting of a tri-layer membrane with two premium fabrics that resist UV radiation, plus a water-tight yet breathable semi-permeable membrane.
The membrane reliably safeguards the decomposition body from adverse weather and rainwater, while internally containing odors, dust, germs, and bacteria but allowing air and moisture permeability.
Thanks to the unique membrane properties of the NCS molecular membrane, effective odor and emission control is achieved without the need for a biofilter system.
Under the membrane, a suitable climate for microorganisms is created, facilitating the rapid decomposition of organic wastes into top-quality compost.
Comprehensive Control of the Composting System
