The NCS Molecular Membrane (Membrane Cover) transforms into a true 'climate chamber' for composting. Externally, the compost pile is shielded from weather and rain, while internally, an optimal microclimate fosters swift microbial activity, converting waste into premium compost rapidly. Computer-optimized oxygen delivery via fans and ventilation channels accelerates the composting process to mere weeks.
NCS Molecular Membrane
The system employs a highly functional cover, comprising a robust three-ply membrane with two UV-resistant fabrics and a semipermeable layer that is watertight yet breathable.
The Membrane Effectively: Shields the decomposition body from weather impacts and rain, while internally retaining odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, allowing air and moisture to permeate.
NCS molecular membrane properties enable effective odor and emission control, negating the need for a biofilter system.

Composting System Control
