Product Structure
The NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) crafts a genuine 'climate chamber' for composting, more cost-effective, simpler, and adaptable than traditional closed designs. Externally, it shields the material pile from adverse weather and rain, while internally, it creates an optimal environment for microorganisms to swiftly convert waste into superior compost. With computer-controlled, optimized oxygen provided through fans and ventilation channels, the composting process accelerates significantly, completing in weeks.
NCS Molecular Membrane
This system employs a highly functional cover drawn over the compost heap, comprising a three-ply membrane. It features two premium fabrics resistant to UV radiation and a water-tight, breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane offers reliable protection for the decomposition body against weather and rain. Internally, it retains odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, while allowing air and moisture to permeate.

Control of the Composting System

Aeration Systems
The micro-pressure air supply system features a supply fan, supply duct, and a computer control unit.
