The NCS Molecular Membrane (Membrane Cover) establishes an efficient 'climate chamber' for composting, offering a cost-effective, straightforward, and adaptable alternative to traditional closed designs. Externally, it shields the material pile from adverse weather conditions and precipitation. Internally, it provides the optimal climate for microorganisms to rapidly transform waste into premium compost. The advanced computer-controlled system ensures optimized oxygen delivery through fans and ventilation channels, expediting the composting process to just a few weeks.

NCS Molecular Membrane

The system ingeniously covers the compost heap with a sophisticated three-layer membrane. This includes two high-quality fabrics with UV resistance and a semi-permeable membrane that is both water-tight and breathable.

The membrane offers exceptional protection against weather disturbances and water penetration, while internally, it retains odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, allowing only air and moisture to pass through.
