Product Structure
The NCS Molecular Membrane (Membrane Cover) creates an exceptional "climate chamber" for composting. This setup is more cost-effective, simpler, and more adaptable than traditional closed designs. Externally, the pile is safeguarded from weather elements, while internally, ideal conditions are crafted for microorganisms to transform waste into high-quality compost rapidly. A computer-controlled and optimized oxygen supply via fans and ventilation channels accelerates intensive composting to mere weeks.
NCS Molecular Membrane
Utilizing this system, a high-performance cover is placed over the compost heap, featuring a three-ply membrane. This includes two UV-resistant, high-grade fabrics, along with a water-tight yet breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane provides robust protection for the decomposition mass against adverse weather and rain. Internally, it retains odors, dust, germs, and bacteria while being permeable to air and moisture.
Thanks to the unique properties of the NCS Molecular Membrane for efficient odor and emission control, a biofilter system becomes unnecessary.
Underneath the membrane, an ideal climate is created for microorganisms to swiftly decompose organic waste into premium-quality compost.
Composting System Control
Decomposition within the windrow is meticulously managed through a controlled ventilation system. Temperature and oxygen levels are precisely monitored by high-quality stainless steel probes, which are robust and resistant to biochemical elements.
High-quality cables link the system to a computer-controlled networking unit. Modern software utilizes this data to regulate and optimize oxygen supply via the aeration system. Data is securely stored without needing a PC connection.
Aeration Systems
The micro-pressure air supply system comprises a supply fan, duct, and computer-controlled unit. Micro positive pressure air supply pipes facilitate 24-hour intermittent aeration, keeping the heap in slight positive pressure.
