NCS Molecular Membrane
Employing this system, a robust cover envelops the compost heap with a three-ply membrane constructed from two high-quality fabrics that resist UV radiation, alongside a water-tight and breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane efficiently shields the decomposition body from adverse weather and rainwater, while internally it retains odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, yet remains permeable to air and moisture.
Thanks to the unique properties of the NCS molecular membrane, effective control of odors and emissions is achieved, rendering a biofilter system unnecessary.

Composting System Control
The composting process within the windrow is meticulously regulated by a sophisticated ventilation system. High-quality measuring probes, crafted from robust stainless steel, capture precise temperature and oxygen data, ensuring optimal decomposition.
Premium cables connect to a computer-controlled networking unit, where advanced software analyzes data to meticulously control the oxygen levels needed for the aeration system. All data are stored automatically, eliminating the need for a PC connection.
Aeration Systems
The micro pressure air supply system consists of a powerful supply fan, a precise supply duct, and a computer-controlled end. With micro positive pressure aeration pipes, it ensures 24-hour intermittent airflow, maintaining a slightly positive pressure inside the heap.
