Product Structure
The NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) ingeniously forms a 'climate chamber' optimized for composting, offering a cost-effective, simple, and flexible alternative to traditional closed designs. Externally, the membrane safeguards the compost pile from weather elements and rain. Internally, it creates an ideal microclimate for microorganisms to efficiently convert waste into premium compost in record time. With computer-controlled and optimized oxygen delivery via fans and ventilation channels, the intensive composting process is accelerated to just a few weeks.
NCS Molecular Membrane
This system employs a high-performance cover designed to envelop the compost heap. The cover features a durable three-ply membrane, comprising two UV-resistant high-grade fabrics and a water-resistant, breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane effectively shields the decomposition body from weather impacts and rain. Simultaneously, it retains odors, dust, germs, and bacteria while allowing air and moisture to permeate.
Thanks to the NCS molecular membrane's advanced properties for controlling odors and emissions, the use of a biofilter system is rendered unnecessary.
Under the membrane, an optimal climate is created, essential for microorganisms to rapidly convert organic waste into high-grade compost.
Composting System Control
The decomposition processes within the windrow are meticulously regulated by a controlled ventilation system. The system's premium measuring probes, constructed from stainless steel and boasting exceptional robustness and biochemical resistance, record crucial temperature and oxygen data.
High-quality cables ensure seamless connectivity to the computer-controlled networking unit. Modern software processes the data to determine and manage the appropriate oxygen levels via the aeration system. All data is securely stored independently of a PC connection.
Aeration Systems
The micro-pressure air supply system is composed of a supply fan, supply duct, and a computer control end. This system facilitates 24-hour intermittent micro-aeration by installing micro positive pressure air supply pipes, maintaining a slightly positive pressure state inside the heap. This ensures even oxygen distribution and ample interaction between air and fermentation materials, preventing anaerobic zones and ensuring a consistent fermentation effect.
