PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS Molecular Membrane (membrane cover) establishes a genuine 'climate chamber' for composting, offering a cost-effective, simple, and flexible alternative to traditional closed designs. From the outside, the material pile is shielded against weather and rain, while inside, the optimal climate is created. This allows microorganisms to transform waste into premium compost in the shortest period. Sophisticated computer-controlled oxygen supply via fans and ventilation channels accelerates the composting process to mere weeks.
NCS Molecular Membrane
This system envelops the compost heap with a highly efficient cover featuring a three-ply membrane. It consists of two high-quality fabrics that resist UV radiation and a water-tight yet breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane provides robust protection to the decomposition body against weather and rainwater, while internally, it suppresses odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, allowing air and moisture to permeate.
Thanks to the unique properties of the NCS Molecular Membrane, there is no need for a biofilter system to control odors and emissions.
The membrane creates the ideal climate necessary for microorganisms to rapidly decompose organic wastes into high-quality compost.
Control of the Composting System
The decomposition processes in the windrow are precisely managed by a controlled ventilation system. High-quality stainless steel probes, resistant to biochemical reactions, measure and record essential temperature and oxygen data within the windrow.
High-grade cables connect to the computer-controlled networking unit, where cutting-edge software determines and regulates the oxygen levels via the aeration system. This data is securely stored, eliminating the need for PC connectivity.
Aeration Systems
Our micro pressure air supply system includes a supply fan, duct, and computer control end. It facilitates 24-hour intermittent micro aeration, maintaining a slight positive pressure within the heap. This ensures even oxygen distribution and optimal contact between air and fermentation materials, preventing anaerobic zones and delivering uniform fermentation results.
