PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) crafts a veritable "climate chamber" for composting—more economical, simpler, and more adaptable than traditional closed designs. Externally, the material pile is shielded from adverse weather and rain. Internally, it fosters the optimal climate for microorganisms to rapidly convert waste into high-quality compost. A computer-controlled and optimized oxygen supply via fans and ventilation channels accelerates the composting process, reducing it to just a few weeks.
NCS molecular membrane
This system employs a high-performance cover over the compost heap, featuring a three-ply membrane of two superior fabrics resistant to UV radiation, with an impermeable yet breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane robustly shields the decomposition body from weather impacts and rainwater penetration. Inside, it retains odors, dust, germs, and bacteria while allowing air and moisture to permeate.
Thanks to the exceptional membrane properties of the NCS molecular membrane, effective odor and emission control is achieved without necessitating a biofilter system.
Under the membrane, an ideal climate is cultivated, essential for microorganisms to swiftly decompose organic wastes into premium-grade compost.
Control of the composting system
The decomposition processes within the windrow are meticulously regulated by a controlled ventilation system. High-quality measuring probes within the windrow record essential temperature and oxygen data. These probes are crafted from stainless steel, ensuring robustness and biochemical resistance.
High-grade cables forge a seamless connection to the computer-controlled networking unit. Here, state-of-the-art software evaluates the data to determine and control the oxygen levels necessary for the aeration system. All data is securely stored without requiring a PC connection.
Aeration systems
The micro pressure air supply system comprises a supply fan, supply duct, and a sophisticated computer control terminal. Lay micro positive pressure air supply pipes to enable 24-hour intermittent micro aeration. Within the heap, a slightly positive pressure ensures uniform oxygen distribution, optimal air and fermentation material contact, and prevents anaerobic zones, resulting in a consistently excellent fermentation effect.
