The innovative NCS Molecular Membrane (membrane cover) establishes a true 'climate chamber' for composting, offering a more cost-efficient, simpler, and adaptable alternative to traditional closed designs. Externally, the material pile is safeguarded against weather and rain. Internally, optimal conditions are created for microorganisms to efficiently convert waste into premium-grade compost in record time. An advanced computer-controlled oxygen supply system, featuring fans and strategically placed ventilation pipes, accelerates the composting process to mere weeks.
NCS Molecular Membrane
This comprehensive system utilizes a highly functional cover over the compost heap, featuring a triple-layer membrane comprised of two premium fabrics resistant to UV exposure and a waterproof yet breathable semi-permeable membrane.
The membrane serves as a reliable barrier, protecting the decomposition body from adverse weather and moisture while containing odours, dust, germs, and bacteria, yet allowing air and moisture permeation.
Thanks to the NCS molecular membrane's exceptional properties in controlling odours and emissions, a biofilter system becomes redundant.

System Control for Composting
The decomposition processes within the windrow are expertly managed by a sophisticated controlled ventilation system. High-quality measuring probes, constructed from durable stainless steel, capture precise temperature and oxygen levels within the windrow. These robust probes boast exceptional biochemical resistance.
High-performance cables connect to a computer-controlled networking unit, where state-of-the-art software analyzes the data to determine and manage the optimal oxygen levels through aeration. Data is securely stored without a PC connection.
Aeration Systems
The micro pressure air supply system comprises a fan, duct, and computer control unit. With micro positive pressure air supply pipes, 24-hour intermittent micro aeration is possible. This process maintains the heap in a slight positive pressure state, ensuring even oxygen distribution, thorough air and fermentation material interaction, and prevention of anaerobic zones, resulting in an excellent uniform fermentation effect.
